Thank you for choosing The Paper Play! We are committed to delivering your premium packaging materials quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you will find the details of how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require processing time before they are handed over to our courier partners:

Standard Stock Items: Plain bags, cards, and ready-made items are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

Custom & Bulk Orders: Packaging involving custom sizing, logos, or manufacturing requires a production lead time of 7-10 days before dispatch.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Methods

Once your order is processed and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time across Pakistan is:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

We partner with reliable local courier networks to ensure your packages reach your doorstep safely, whether you are running your business from a major city or a regional hub.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and volumetric size of your order.

Standard Courier Rates: Fixed at approximately 250-350 for standard small parcels.

Bulk/Heavy Shipments: For large commercial orders, shipping rates will scale according to total weight, or can be coordinated via local cargo services for cost efficiency.

4. Tracking Information

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking ID and a link to trace your shipment. You can monitor its progress in real-time until it arrives.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we do everything we can to meet our 3–5 business day delivery window, occasional delays can happen due to factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, roadblocks, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons).

If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number.

If a package arrives damaged due to rough handling during transit, please take photos immediately and refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

6. International Shipping

Currently, The Paper Play ships exclusively within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our reach in the future!
